The post of Lead for Patient Development and associated Job Description were developed to support the Trust’s participation in The Health Foundation’s Co-Creating Health programme.  The Job Description sets out the responsibilities the post holder will have for the day to day leadership & development of the patient development element of the Trust’s Co-creating health programme.  The postholder's responsibilities primarily centre around the management of a training programme for patients.
