The Pain Toolkit website has been developed based on the Pain Toolkit, a simple information booklet that provides handy tips and skills to support people to manage their pain. 

It is not meant to be the last word in pain self-management but a handy guide to help get started.  The Toolkit includes a range of information and links to other resources as well as ten key tools, or approaches, to help people to manage their pain.
