Academic / research papers
This is the first review to examine the moderating effect of sex in self-management support interventions. A substantial sample frame of 1887 potentially relevant studies (identified via 116 Cochrane reviews) were screened for eligibility against the inclusion criteria.

This resource is a series of slides that were presented at the Health Foundation's 'Making self-management support a reality' event, held in May 2015. The slide sets share the learning from Whittington Health, Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundatiuon Trust on how best to put self-management support into practice.
